Grilled pork steaks
- 750 g pork tenderloin
- 50 ml of soy sauce
- 100 ml tomato sauce
- 50 ml of olive oil
- salt, ground pepper
- lemon juice (half a lemon)
- 2-3 sprigs of rosemary and herbs to taste

How long to grill a pork
- Grill meat on average 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Roast pork can have 4 stages of doneness:
- Rare roast meat 120 – 125 degrees
- Medium Rare roast meat 130 – 135 degrees
- Medium roast meat 140 – 145 degrees
- Medium Well roast meat 150 – 155 degrees
- Well Done roast meat 160 + degrees
Step by step recipe:
Wash the pork meat and cut into slices 1.5 cm thick. Prepare the marinade from soy sauce, tomato sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, sprigs of rosemary, and lemon juice. Add to meat and pickle for at least 2 hours. Remove the pork from the liquid and pat dry. Fry on both sides on a grill mounted above the coals, or in a grill pan. Cover the prepared pork meat with foil to keep it warm.

This Argentinian sauce is extremely suitable for pork steaks.
Cooking time: 10 minutes
- 1-hour l dry basil;
- 20 g of lemon; 1-hour l sweet ground paprika;
- 10 g of fresh chili peppers;
- 1 tsp dry rosemary;
- 1 tsp dry thyme;
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro;
- 70 ml of refined olive oil;
- 7 peas of black pepper;
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley;
- 3 pinches of salt;
- 3 cloves of garlic.
Blot washed cilantro, parsley, and garlic with a paper towel. Grind thoroughly with a blender.
Add olive oil and chili. Put salt, thyme, rosemary, basil, chopped pepper, paprika, lemon in a blender and chop. Transfer the finished sauce into a container and close the lid. Put in the refrigerator for 3, and even better 24 hours.
